THE COHERENCE MATRIX
The coherence matrix is the tool to set goals for your employees from the vision of your company. The tool is also useful to :
- 1. Check the consistency of actions taken at each level of the organization, namely: strategic level, department level and individual level.
- 2. Detecting the antagonistic effects of different actions and verify that their links are correct.
- 3. Highlight successful strategies with multiple causation (one cause with multiple effects).
- 4. Identify strategies with low value added (univocal causality).
- 5. Check that each goal is linked to a strategy and that goal is supported by a strategy.
- 6. Divide the work within a team.
THE ISHIKAWA MATRIX
The Ishikawa matrix is the tool to understand the impacts and relationships within an organization. It can include :
- 1. Understanding the overall approach and the relationship between cause and effect.
- 2. Take advantage of the comprehensive approach to improve your management.
- 3. Ability to diagnose any problem.
- 4. Identify the source of the problem and take action.
