The People First team intends to accompany the international HR department in the optimization of its subsidiaries abroad to solve the dilemma between INTEGRATION AT CORPORATE LEVEL and needs of LOCAL AUTONOMY.
To this purpose, we offer :
- 1. To diagnose your subsidiaries qualitatively in terms of HR to identify common practices and differences.
- 2. To define the orientations that should be centralized and which should instead be delegated to subsidiaries.
- 3. To decide the processes and tools that must be implemented by the corporate HR at international level (e.g. high potential, key success factors, core competence, corporate values ...).
- 4. To adapt processes and tools to the local cultural context in each branch or subsidiary (e.g., assessment tools, recruitment, and organization of work ...).
- 5. To accompany both the corporate HR and local HR in their implementation.
- 6. To monitor the progress of projects by providing the impetus and spirit necessary for their achievements.
